Team Builder
Is it possible to punish people who jump groups in team builder. I've spent 20 minute so far waiting to get a game because people keep jumping groups so we never get a full team together.

Team Builder is being eliminated shortly.
Well technically they do. But only if you constantly jump groups. After which, you get increased wait times to find a new group.
Sad to say that doesn't help a particular group from staying together.
Team Builder was all about being able to do so if you didnt like your group.
If you enter a group but see a Teemo support and a Darius MId, you know you are facing a troll composition. Getting a other group in those condition is completly understandable.
Beside, maybe they just wanted a comp stomp that would have work better. FOr exemple, a Yasuo might want other champ in the team with knockup for his ulti.
If you waited for too long, leave the group and restart one. Maybe you'll get better result.
I say that but they are removing Team Builder soon anyway
