Botting, its more rampant than you think

Ok so when you are the only human playing in a room that is a problem. I want to know what is Riot doing about it. How many bans are being handed out for using IP farming programs in TT ( I've heard Crystal Scare has the same issue). Riot please show some stats so we know you are actually addressing the problem.
