Riot please

Riot I've been playing this game for 6 years now. I've seen it grow and expand. That's great and all but there are some glaring problems you seem to choose to ignore. Champion balance is one of those issues. Another is item balance. The final one is your ranked play system. Because these three things are so problematic I have decided that I have played my last game of League of Legends. There have been some great times in it but I feel that you are more interested in the eSports side of the game than that of the players who keep your lights on. Between the toxic players and how horribly unbalanced the game has become I no longer find joy in having to play 2-3 champs to be competitive on the ladder. Also there was a point where I was winning about 60% of my games but couldn't move up because the games I would end up losing would be promo games (usually to some one afk or intentionally feeding) and there is no safe guard for us against players who ruin the game for us except to hope you ban them and then have to start all of our hard work over again.
