If there's one thing I've learned from listening to high elo singed players, it's that literally every item that exists is a noobtrap on singed. Therefore, I can only assume that the proper singed build is to build nothing at all.

It's more that building items seems like a good idea, and if it's a good idea you probably shouldn't do it on singed.
