Most of the people who bitch about Lee Sin are obsessed with win rates. He has a 45% winrate.
So is Lee OP or UP? Cant wait to see this [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] EDIT: did i forget to mention he has the lowest winrate of all junglers?

you forget that every LCS wannabee plays Lee Sin too. Of course he has a negative win rate
He's really powerful in the hands of a competent player but can turn to barely useful, (if he's not far ahead of the enemy team) if the enemy target decides to buy QSS to avoid his dragon's rage

It is possible, however it still applies the initial damage. Its kinda weird.
Really? Because I thought most of the complaints stemmed from seeing him all the time. A champion you find annoying, but played infrequently, is far less likely to get you to ask for changes than a champion you find annoying and constantly have to play against.
Lee Sin has the highest play rate out of any Jungler, at 22.22%, the 4th highest in the game at the moment. As memory serves me, this play rate use to be closer to 30%, and the complaints about him were more frequent then.
Personally its the play rate that drives me nuts.

HE fucking has a 22% play rate, people that are bad with him need to stop playing him so, his real numbers can come out. Tried of how every non-jungle main pulls him out.
at 150 played games on lee, the win rate actually is close to 50%.
Actually, it was the playrate :P We all know he has a lower win rate for a myriad of reasons.
As one who doesn't like him, it wasn't that he was OP or UP, but rather really, really popular. Overly popular to the point of annoyance. Thresh was worse at the time, however.
Since then, it's been toned down a bit. Other champions are getting picked now.
He is a good ganker and if he can't reach the backline, is almost useless in teamfights... If you don't finish the game early, he falls off.
He may be weak if you don't know how to use him, that doesn't mean everybody and their grandmother doesn't play him because he can make flashy plays once in a blue moon. So it's mostly complaints that he's in every damn game even though he's so crap if you're a newbie. Also there's a tendency of a Shaco Syndrome going on, where your Lee Sin is terrible and kicks an Alistar into your team, their Lee Sin is somehow able to gank every lane ten times before level 6, successfully InSecs the carries toward his team and never misses his Q.
wel that 45% winrate is still 55% too high
