Hey, Jungler! 4 (I think its #4): Is camping a lane taboo? Beat them like a rented mule!

I was in a game where WE had an enemy Talon and Fiora bot. Vs (me) Lux and Jinx. Our Xin ganked a few times and got a kill every time. We even got a double kill once. Neither of them have peel for one and other. I would have camped and made them, and made them understand the error of their ways. He tried to spread out the ganks to other lanes over the course of the game. Enemy Ahri laughed at half of his ganks. Our Nasus didn't seem to benefit from top ganks whether they were successful or not. As I figured they eventually overwhelmed us even under tower with help for their Udyr.

IS camping a lane that you know has no peel, no flash, or some other weakness that makes them easily gankable (repeatedly) something that junglers don't like to do? I know you have to gank them into the ground and then their bounty is worthless but until then, **GANK GANK GANK! ** Am I wrong? Is it necessary to spread the love or can you check up on other lanes but get fed off of one?

If your jungle can successfully gank repeatedly, it is a good idea.

This is especially true in the case of bot lane where camping shuts down 2 players.

Also, there are a lot of people who will whine about being "camped," due to it being a frustrating experience for the recipient; however, continue to camp these people so they understand complaining doesn't help their case :)

Thanks. I fail to understand why someone leaves a reliable gank lane ever. What is the recruiter tag for? Or rather how did you get it.

It becomes pretty useless once you can 2v2 the lane by yourselves and the enemy is 0-6 and no longer gives gold. But until that point, there's no reason to just camp the lane over and over again.

So gank them until it is useless and every time you are on that side of the map. in my case, there was no way we were going to hold off Talon and Fiora. Enemy Kalista took care of our Nasus. Jungler could have chose to shut one or the other down. He split the difference and did neither.

its neccessary to factor about 700 different things into your decisions as jungler, so yes, its pretty hard to please everyone.

This isn't an answer to my question. If I had of asked why, maybe. If there is a lane with no mobility that was stupid enough to not take flash OR an off meta comp that leaves someone high and dry on the regular, DO YOU GANK THE SHIT OUT OF HIM until he is worthless? OR do you just gank as normal and also think about ganking other lanes. This is a question of opportunity vs etiquette. The only one you are pleasing in this scenario is yourself.

if the game is a 3on2 and the 2 have no mobility and no flash melee champs, i would gank them for sure. if the game is a regular 5on5 on summoners rift, i gotta consider about 697 other things and then decide if ganking them right now is the best thing. and it might very well not be.

PS: if your question revolves around it being "unfriendly" to gank them all the time: killing people who are stupid enough to get themselves killed is totally fine. actually, killing an enemy champion isnt you making a kill happen, its them giving a kill up. league is designed in a way that if you play right, you cant be killed in lane except if you get like dived by 5 people, but in a regular scenario where you are 1on1 or 2on2 and the jungler ganks, you cant die. if you do, its your fault 100%.

this means, if someone dies to a gank 10 times, its not because of "omg my jungler sucks" or "omg babysit toplane wtf" its because he sucks.

I agree with this.
