Could you make laning against Zed less shitty?

His poke is bs, he can 1v1 without ult in some cases. Also if you're ap he just builds hexdrinker/maw and counters you fully.

He's getting substantial nerfs to his laning phase in the following patch. They hit the base damage and ratio of his Q, but raised the multihit damage from when his hits both Qs. Also, his ult has a lower damage ratio, but higher damage proc.

In short, his harass and waveclear got worse and he actually needs to hit everything during his ult to get decent damage out of it.
