Why not give everyone on each team 1 ban?

We need 10 bans anyways and I think everyone has that one problem champ they feel like they lose to a lot or they really hate facing or they know will counter them in lane. Also some people need to learn to ban, so it would prevent one person from banning like season 3 bans. Would there be any problems with this? I could see a problem in communicating and deciding on the bans but at the same time it could improve this since people can make sure that a champ is banned.

Agreed, 10 bans total let's make it happen. "Wahhh ban phase will take too long" then give them less time per ban. Solved.

Agreed, maybe for ranked teams keep the same time but for solo q lower it. The other problem I see people complain about is that you would need 20 champions at least to play ranked which can be somewhat solved by making the 450 IP champs free because who wants to spend RP on them. With that you already have 12 champs which means you only need 8 more.
