WotA on LeBlanc?

Since DFG was removed, I was looking for another ap/cdr item to fill the gap. It's between WotA or Twin Shadows. WotA hasn't been in the spotlight for awhile, but I think it might become popular.

Since LB is single target, and has a low hp pool, she can fill her HP to half after one combo, which can change her playstyle since you no longer have to b the second someone breathes on you. I've found it quite helpful in dueling adc's too when they break my oneshot combo or are carrying a lot of resistances.
