I'd actually say Sion just because its, imo, the biggest tonal schism between the origiinal, and the new one.

Yorick was already kind of morose and shiz, but old sion was just goofy. Now sion has 0 chill. Sion's views on life a bit of a downer. I think he needs to smoke a bowl of some reefy o's if you knowy o what im sayin

gotta be While technically not a full rework her VGU update made me pick her up + made her firefighter sin actually good.

As for the best full update have to go with , i believe Riot made an amazing work on him.

is definitely the best rework thats been released since riot has been releasing them IMO. He's a healthy balance of being simpler to play for new players because of his price, and is still reliable in higher elos. He's not commonly seen in LCS but is an option. Correct me if I'm wrong however, but he has not seen a trip to the patch notes since his release, and to add on, his win rate is reasonable, is a fairly popular champion, and not a lot of qq threads about him.
