Ganking him 20 times before 5 minutes doesn't do a damn thing when he has a spammable Q with his ult, an AOE Last whipser in his E, and a 99% slow with a 50% attack speed reduction W, as well as his ult giving him a potentional +60 armor and MR and 600 HP. Can you please revert him so I can stop worrying about the game going over 20 minutes anymore?

Well first off if your ganking him 20 times in 5 minutes your wasting your time. That's on you.
Next, his W is only single target, alone your probably screwed, as a team you'll be better off.
His E can be walked or dashed out, simple.
Bait his ultimate, cc chain him, blow him up.
Also if your team won't build a mortal reminder or any item with grevious wounds your going to have a tough time.
Ban him?
