It's actually hilarious how easy it is to get away with intentionally feeding.
I literally ran it down mid 4 games in a row, 3 days later still not a ban. Weird, it's like the report system is complete and utter dog shit or something.

There's one game it's possible you ran it down mid. But op.gg doesn't show the kill stats (hint: that may mean it's not in the API as it's being reviewed).
Furthermore, most inting/trolling punishments are being reviewed manually right now to train their system better, leading to over a week sometimes between bad behavior and a ban. You'll get your punishment. Just you wait.

There are several factors:
a) The amount of games plays a role of course. If you have played literally hundred of games, you accumulate a few "Get out of the jail" cards other the course of time.
b) If you are a very new player (I believe it's until Level 10*) you can do that, too. You are new after all.
c) If you deal SOME MINOR damange during those feed runs, and/or kill a few minions, and/or score an assist here and there, it does not count as feeding**
d) You must've been reported of course. Many players are stoic, enemy does not care for most of the cases as they benefit from you. You can basically troll and feed in Coop VS AI games, because everyone thinks you are a bot farming up and thus don't report you for feeding, but for Botting, which will do jack shit.
The client changes from their tooltips like "Farm!" "Place Wards!" in the client to the regular new cash shop and LCS news at Level 10. So I think RIOT thinks you count as regular player.
** I had several accounts banned and after the 14-day suspension, you are high on their radar as they say, and it's true. ONE fuck-up, ONE badword, heck even ONE ARGUMENT IN CHAT (!!, it was about that I refused to go toplane!) gets your arse kicked. However, nothing happened on this very dangerous state of my account during a feeding spree when I auto-attacked my opponent mindlessly. Or scored an assist. "%%%%%%" gets you screwed, but 0/14/3 not. However, I got one guy being banned (it was the only report on a fresh smurf account of me) just because he announced it, so just keep your mouth shut during your feed runs.
Yes. It's a joke. The ideology and the system is a joke.
This game isn't about personal KDA either which makes it even easier. You can successfully and purposely lose a game for your team and be 5/1. It doesn't matter what algorithm they come up with to catch trollers it will never work because it will always be gamed.
Which is perfect for baiting bannable text from players on your team.
