Give Nautilus something like this & he's back on the lcs list

#Titan's Wrath PASSIVE: If Nautilus is out of combat from enemy champions for longer than 5 seconds he get's 5/6/7/8/9% reduced damage vs monsters ACTIVE: Unchanged

With this small change he will be able to sustain a little bit longer in the jungle in the early game. This won't change anything on his clear speed or mobility but this way he will actualy be able to get a gank done without having to back after every 3th camp.

Since he will lose the passive while in combat it maybe even could be changed to monsters & minions if riot really want to keep nautilus options open.
