Would a random kit champion be doable?

As someone who's played a fighting game or two, there's occasionally a character in a fighting game who has a move list that is a mashup of one or more chars or is given a random character's kit.

Would a mimic style champ be doable in LOL? I doubt he'd ever be played in the LCS however there's something compelling about chance. I'm sure there's a ton of people who'd see the appeal in a champ where you never know exactly what you are going to get from game to game and it'd make the other team wait a while to figure out which champ's kit your mimic has.

I dunno, I don't think a Shujinko-styled character would work well in a game like this.

I have thought about a champ similar to that, where his ult would switch his abilities to another champ's (while keeping his character model the same). I personally think it would be a lot of fun, although you would trade the power of having an ult for the surprise factor of your opponent no knowing what abilities you are about to throw out.

Miss Fortune. When she came out the biggest complaint was that every ability she had was unoriginal.

Probably not. You'd either get golden kits that are just damn near impossible to deal with, or a horrible mashup of a kit that would make me rather have a random bot than you playing. Or Riot would have to set so many if you have X ability you can't have Y ability that the number of kits would be tiny. You'd have to trade a lot of power to for the unknown factor.
