Literally provided zero basis on why he would be OP. He dropped by like 6% win rate , which is understandable but even after people get good at him it'll still be probably a 3% drop.
If your going to say a champions OP, as least give an argument god dam.
I think Rengar is a littlebit overestimated. Played several times against him using amumu. It was so easy to fight, just build a randuin to tank the crit and then kill him. The important thing is that the tank must be the marked one.
