not even riot themselves considers veigar a "reworked champion"
maybe he will have his time to shine someday and get the proper attention he deserves.
please just take the E abomination you made and shoot it out back.
4 new abilities, only retain stacking passive. would be the first positive step since basic release veigar in a long time.
Veigar's Q being made a skillshot instead of a point and click got rid of the annoying need for vision of a target to hit them.
Veigar's W can zone enemies or deal a monster amount of damage in a team fight while everyone's confused in the cluster fuck.
Veigar's E can zone large portions of a lane and entire sections of the jungle. Throwing it down in the middle of a team fight is also highly disruptive to the enemy.
And Veigar's R is one of the most satisfying abilities to use so long as you farm early and don't get too far out of position to use it.
TLDR: Please don't completely change my favorite midget of death.
