It's nice that I have to wait a month (or more) to get my Draven buffs. The champ is garbage vs ranged champions like Caitlyn. I am tired of her showing up in my games without any way to deal with her harass and CC. Yet I thought Draven was supposed to be a lane bully.

These buffs don't help him at all early. You will still lose lane to Caitlyn and she will still outscale you in teamfights later.

Then they should have her range scale with level. I'm tired of seeing her in every Draven game I play.
