With Ahri charm buffed and Lissandra passive being changed please make QSS build into AP item

I just played a game vs Lissandra where all she needed to do was ult since my team really wasn't that much of a threat. At some point in the game I was thinking, "man I need a QSS" but building a 1300 item that I can't effectively build into something that can benefit me sucks. The QSS just stays like that in AP champions item slots, occupying an item slot. Obviously an AP version of Merc Scim CANNOT be something that provides spell-vamp since Riot really wants to do away with that so why not make it into something that gives movement speed? Just random ideas
