Please stop making fill or secondary role support = 100% of all games played you get support

I don't mind playing support if my main role isn't available, but you made a PHENOMENAL mistake by putting fill or support secondaries as a way to speed up matchmaking, secondary roles shouldn't exist at all, did anyone ever wait more than a few minutes for team builder? outside of trying to play off meta noobshit or the new champion that came out that day?

Please either fix this or delete the secondary role as it makes matchmaking suck currently, unfathomable amounts more than solo queue ever did.

You just don't queue up as secondary support or fill? Voila! Problem solved!

So you'd suggest I queue as something i'm not good at for my secondary and that I am the problem here, and not the system?

The system is designed to get people into games. It will fist try and find your primary roll, and if it can't find one within a reasonable amount of time, it goes to the secondary roll. If that secondary roll is a pick that is in high demand, it then queues you up as that.

So yes, this isn't a problem with the system. In all my games on the new system, rarely have a gotten my secondary pick

then delete the secondary role option, there is no need for it at all, teambuilder didn't have a secondary role or secondary champion option and games were found and started reliably in a short duration. Why is there a role that is always so high in demand that you cannot ever think about it or you're bound to it eternally?

There is something wrong with the game when we have ended up here!

Then you are forced to wait for an eternity to get into a game, just like Teambuilder, which was the reason no one played it, resulting again in longer queue times, creating a cycle.

And people just don't like to play support often, most likely because it isn't a class that deals damage.

what are you even talking about? I never once waited an "eternity" for a team builder game when I wasn't queuing as something idiotic, or trying to play the brand new champion that just came out that day/week.

As someone who played team builder as my primary queue, waiting for a support or jungler would take a looooong time. Maybe you played in demand rolls a lot, but for others, good luck finding a game in a timely manner a majority of the time

it really didn't take that long, and if it was the least played gametype, whereas you can clearly see ranked is above the lowest played queue type on the list, you're going to have a bigger pool,

I'd rather wait an extra minute or two for a quality game than to just jump in there and play a bunch of moron fest games

I'm aware the bronze/silver crowd just wants to "play a game" but in ranked i'd rather have some fucking integrity and validity, not just normals 2.0 with a score behind it.

If not, the pick for the positions you want, not the positions your good at.

it's an exaggeration, but in reality if i put fill or support as my secondary role i get it about 9 out of 10 times, if you're putting it as primary and not getting it something is seriously wrong, as i've gotten it when it wasn't my first or secondary role selection, just out of the blue.

I've gotten support half of my games (roughly) and I always put supp 1st mid 2nd... (mid is supposed to be super duper in demand).

Support has always been the least popular role... so don't put support/fill in your options if you don't want to do it (by the same occasion it might let me get it more often when I actually really want it >.>)
