ADCs Need A Buff In Their Environment Early Game...
My goodness! The role that adc's are playing right now is only late game... They are so weak compared to everyone else now that it's a tad sad. I'm not saying buff the champions, but the exp. ratio gained on minions killed for could be increased a bit to counterbalance the junglers that come and just sh*t on you level 6 when you're level 4.
