Her laning is already really strong cause of the E+AA+passive+thunderlords combo.rather increase her E dmg to minions ,cause right now no matter how much ap you have you cant kill back line with a single E.Those fuckers always survive with like 2hp.I remember i had morelos+Deathcap and still couldnt kill back line.Wtf? BTW ,whats with those lee sin buffs? 80hp shield? thats alot...

She has to position herself in a relative dangerous spot to proc her passive (apart from her ult), so i think thats a good adjust and not at all a buff

Her ult proccing her passive (for full) is the main reason QER kills squishies. Make Lux actually have to auto to do damage instead of simply using ult to bypass that part of her kit.

really? because ive seen a video of a 400 to 500 ap lux landing a full ability rotation on an ashe while she had 2 levels on that ashe, including a ludens proc. the ashe survived because of a hexdrinker.
lux ability scalings are actually the lowest of the burst mage group, if she doesnt weave in auto attacks to trigger her passive.
with the power shift of damage from her q to her passive, this becomes even more important and promotes a riskier playstile.

It's in the 150-200 damage range at like level 9 with 1.5 AP items (Morello and an NLR for example) and QER would make the R do its own damage, Passive damage, and proc TLD which all together still chunks for a large amount of burst damage on the ult.
The Passive is cool and all but there is RARELY a reason to enter AA range when you can do 80% of someone's health from a super safe distance if you ever land the root. Yeah, you MIGHT be able to get the kill but over extending for the auto or you can just take the fact they had to base (and potentially blow a ss) and do it to them again in 64 seconds when they get back.

second, theyre only increasing the level scaling part of her passive, which means the effects on her power in lane are minimal. its mostly a lategame buff.
unless you want to tell me that 10 more damage on her passive at level 10 is a huge deal.
theyre reducing the damage of her snare, so its not just a straight buff, but more of a power shift.
