These runes have given ranged adc and mages so much and basically taken away all of their weaknesses. Ranged adc who are slow get ms and other buffs, mages get free mana to take care of any mana problems and cd on both attacks and ult. Wtf did u expect to happen. While melee champions don't get any real buff.

Hopefully by the time 
rework hits live they will have most of the mess fixed , but I don't hold my hopes up. Right now bruisers are a meme class.

i mean assassin have full lethality and it's absolutely busted. Ranged adc and mages got a huge buff with these runes and I mean just shit ton broken, 15% extra cd on their ult? like umm... Tanks are just barely okay these days, only like 2 work, Malphite and orn cause they are busted. Bruisers/fighters are just left behind. Especially with the amount of cc there is in this game and for them to have to get over all the cc to deal with 25 second ult cool down annie.... noty
Sujiren1 votesDon't forget that bruiser builds are the most expensive ones in the game. They are in exact same spot adcs were in early season 7, before they got massive price discounts on crit items. The game pacing is just too fast now for bruisers to keep up. How often do you see bruiser get 6 items before adc? Rarely unless it's 
abusing the very same cheap crit items, and naturally getting more gold from Q farming and kleptomancy.
