Can we give talon some outplay potential?

I mean seriously. can we make him like zed. the only outplay. hardly. is his ultimate. he has no escape and his damage output. is high if there is a group of enemies. and his passive is useless. I'd like to see some rework with him being a little more like zed. well not exactly copying him but like being able to outplay your enemy in a 1v1 and dash out to safety.

am talking about how high is the potential is. especially for an assassin. all he has is his ultimate

Not every assassin needs to have ways to escape. That's the problem with the community. They want so much built in SAFETY that when an assassin has to take RISKS to do things, then people thing that champion is weak. Talon is meant to be "High Risk, High Reward"

Honestly, his passive is the only thing needing changing.

ugh. its his playstyle and all talon player wants his outplay potential needs improvement. RIOT themselves said that they want to improve his outplay potential.

They want to increase the ability for OTHER people to outplay TALON, not the other way around. Right now, Talon's play pattern is, Jump on you and blow you up before you can react.

This response shows that 1) you don't play talon at all, and 2) You have piss poor reading comprehension.

Talon has exceptional outplay capabilities with his E and Ult. Because Talon builds a sizable amount of CDR, it's very easy to use E to blink over walls to jungle camps that are warded properly, use R to go back the way you came, and have Ult up again before you know it.

Talon's real issue is the fact that he is incredibly binary. He either blows a person up and walks away unharmed, or doesn't and dies. That's his kit, Riot wants to fix that and make it so that Talon has options if he can't get that kill. They also want it so that if he's stupidly far ahead, people have the ability to actually react and potentially live. Rengar also has this issue, which I think MAY end up causing Rengar to get his ult reworked again.

Talon has outplay potential, the real problem is that you are comparing it to zed's. Zed has some of the highest outplay potential in the game. Maybe look towards a champ that's a little more similar like katarina. Blinking to allies/allied minions wouldn't be too heavy of a buff and would make talon's kit more dynamic.

You can't rework Talon to be more like Zed because then you'd have the situation where one champion would always be better than the other. Right now despite them both being AD assassins they're different enough to where that isn't the case. And to be blatantly honest, where Zed makes up for in safety and outplay potential, Talon makes up for in higher and near instant damage and being a billion times easier to use mechanically.
