500 ranged, no highly mobile mechanic aside his W, close to no CC like Caitlyn or Jhin, has abilities that only scales with AP.

APC may be a thing, but not an impressive one.

A single target blind which can be cleansed or an ability that won't avoid against a team comp consisting of champions like Darius top, Xin Zhao Jungle & any ADCs bot.

Shrooms are deemed to be useless in a straight 1v1 fights since your opponent can already tell where you threw your shrooms towards, or wont even bothered coming close as shrooms nowadays are easy to predict on where they're placed. Otherwise, all your opponent has to do is throw down a Control Ward, and boom, there goes your "lane pressure".

Overall, both Blinds & Shrooms would be great if Teemo goes the AP route since aside the utility they provide, they will also grant lots of bursts & heavy DoT damage.

Teemo as a whole is about as useless to a team as you can get. For the sake of your team and to save you from lots of toxicity. Play someone else, he's trash champ.

Teemo is entirely reliant on your player skill. If you cant play around vision and get advantage from it. If you are unable to read you opponents, set up ambushes or bait them in the most devious way possible. If you cant survive insanely shitty match up. If you cant read flow of the game and set up stage for upcoming teamfight or skirmish over objective - then yea he gonna be useless for you. It get a bit harder when enemies trinket slots looks something like this item 3364 But in that case you can tell that you are doing your job correctly.

Doesn't matter how well you do your job as teemo. Still does nothing for team fights.

"ADC" is an acronym for attack damage carry. teemo doesnt benefit from attack damage as much as he does from ability power. most of his damage is magic based and come from buying ability power items. even his E grants him passive added damage to his basic attack to compensate for his lack of attack damage.

so no he's not an "Attack Damage Carry".

He's a marksman. It's not the same thing.

if you want to take him bottom then go ahead. just be aware that youre going to piss a lot of people off for two reasons. 1 is that youre playing teemo and 2 is that you're doing something considered taboo.

I won my last game as Teemo bot adc, so taboo or not, it wasn't a problem.

did you buy damage items or did you buy ability power items?

not very viable, though I do think that it would be good for the health of top lane to sort of give him a mini rework (Just some stat shuffling) and then make him a bot lane player

He is not an ADC, as ADC means Attack Damage Carry, and I wouldn't say Teemo's strongest build is full Attack Damage. Teemo is more of his own thing. I would probably classify him as a weird ranged, AP Catcher/Skirmisher hybrid. His main role in the game that sets him apart from other champions is the ability to weaken the enemy team before a fight happens through Shrooms, and then hamper the ADC during a fight with his Blind and then pushing out as much damage as he can with his poison, although it's not a comparable DPS to other big DPS champions like Marksman and others.
