Allow people to Purchase level 30 accounts.
No one like spending time with bots in 3v3 Twisted Treeline to level up an account to play ranked.
People also don't like to have to resort to botting to save time.
Smurfs are not free.

What if...you DON'T play on a smurf account.
Smurfs are bad for the game and result in people complaining about matchmaking... Easier ways to create smurf would result in more people smurfung, rendering bans even weaker than they are, make aram more horrible and random Gamemodes a shitfest of dodges...

if they allowed that then every new player and there mums would spend $5 on lvl 30 account and go into there ranked provisionals and fck up the game for everyone
Ok technically you are allowed to purchase Level 30 accounts, at least from my knowledge (maybe they've changed now).
Under very specific circumstances. And you basically have to meet both. 1 - You are a certified pro player 2 - You want to buy that account in another server.
From there onwards, Riot can offer you an account either free or with payment (I'm not sure about whether it's free or not) around a few divisions or so below your main on your main server.
So if you're asking this, I'm very sure you don't qualify for either so it's a no go.
Its cause riots wants u to buy xp boost so they can make money .. while u lvl up.. or u do it the hard way... it makes no sense that u start from lvl 1 then u have no flash(cause a new person wont get it LOL) then u grind like months to lvl 30.. then u need to buy 16 champs with rp cause BE Is so slow to get
On a personal level, I don't want anything that makes smurfing easier. Can you imagine how many shitheads would use it just to evade the tiny bit of bite that the reporting system actually has?
On a business level, it makes no sense for Riot to sell accounts cheaply enough that anyone would want them. Free-to-play games that don't rely on microtransactions can exist because YOU are the product...you provide the most compelling part of their content; actual human players. To compensate for the loss of time you'd be putting into the game, they'd have to charge way more for accounts than anyone would pay.
Riot doesnt like the idea of smurfs. Its pretty much impossible to fight them, so they dont forbid them. Doesnt mean they cant just not support them.
So you want pure League newbies to start their games at Level 30......
But I do think Riot should charge 10$ for an account

oh, so that i get more fucking smurfs in my ranked and auto lose the game ? :D yeah looks like a great idea, if you want to ruin peoples game just because you dont want to play on your main, go ruin your time as well.
why should i agree to let someone buy something that i wasted my time to get if you think that is a good move then you should uninstall and never return
