Which Lane/Role is the new Irelia?

When I first heard Irelia was getting a rework, I assumed that riot was going to keep her top. After seeing the new kit, I'm wondering what she's supposed to be now.

Mid Her new W looks like it could be useful against ranged champs. Her E would be useful in setting up ganks and counter ganks. Her ult looks like it would be devastating if she were allowed to roam bot, which is easier as a mid.
