Jungle Tier List? Graves at the top?

I'm sure this gets asked a lot, but I didn't see it on the front page of the forum. As of right now and going into 6.1 (with the patch leaks) what is the jungle tier list with the exception of Mundo being god tier. I started playing graves jungle and he seems exceptionally strong. Hard to invade, good wave clear, takes about 5 seconds to take scuttle 1 and 2 when you are lvl 2 and 3. Can gank two lanes and go back to clearing jungle a second time before first back, then gank some more. Any thoughts?

No means to lock kills with unless you're ganking for someone with tons of CC.

Extremely blue-reliant to clear quickly, and is prone to having his blue stolen for said reason.

Can't stack defensive items without hurting his clearspeed/ gank strength, so ends up being pretty squishy.

Doesnt offer anything to your team outside of burst damsge, which limits the amount of team comps he would be viable on by a great amount.
