Got called f*ggot three time in one game
I was called f*ggot 3 times in one game by a player, but tribunal is down. Will there be no judge and jury for this guy?

it is an automated system atm so if you report him, and he gets reported more in other games he will probably get banned.
To expand on what Doge said, the "Tribunal" includes all player behavior systems, not just the voting which is down. People get punished by the Instant Feedback system, and hate speech is taken very seriously by Riot so easily results in escalated bans. Rest assured, your reports do have meaning.

im a lil bothered by it cuz i warned him and gave him a chance to stop, but ya i reported him, we even won, he still continued after game
