New draft... Anyone notice something?

There seems to be a quick influx of trolls and just down right bad players into normal draft game play. I didn't realize how much team build kept those players out of draft... Feels like I'm back in bronze 5, Rito for god's sake bring team builder back.

Biggest problem I had (to the point of dodging ques) is "Oh, I didn't get the primary role I wanted, I got the secondary..........hmmm I'll just play my primary anyway".
