buff his energy or make abilities cost less. So i can go 45% cdr on some newbs and q every 5 seconds while kicking them every 36 seconds straight back the fountain for a 40 sec time out. Then they can contemplate why the hell they ever came near me... I mean, am I crazy?

I play many Lee Sin games and have great success doing so and as much as I love Lee Sin I know hes not a top tier jungler like I would like him to be, not asking for god tier, which is pick or ban, just top tier.
