buff his energy or make abilities cost less. So i can go 45% cdr on some newbs and q every 5 seconds while kicking them every 36 seconds straight back the fountain for a 40 sec time out. Then they can contemplate why the hell they ever came near me... I mean, am I crazy?
For real though...he does need a buff
He needs something. But it doesn't need to be crazy at all. Even the tiniest buff. Base health or armor would be nice.
I love how you can say "So i can go 45% cdr on some** newbs** and q every 5 seconds", when ironically, you're a newb yourself to be begging for Lee buffs.
