Tell me how to play against Syndra

I was Vladimir against Syndra in mid today. It didn't go well. I could use some help.

Just tell me what to do against her. She can push in the lane extremely fast with her abilities and can already use them again to poke. I cannot trade with her not even with my 3rd q. By the time i get up to her she has dropped 2 abilities on my head already. Her "skillshots" are so fast she can just drop a q on my head and i wont be able to dodge in any way. Of course there is Sanguine Pool to evade combos yes. I did that many times but it has a 28 second cooldown. She can absolutely try again with success in that time.

I have built mr and still she could all in on me easily. Until later in the game. But that didn't really matter. She already killed everyone else up to that point already.

I see no counterplay to her other than calling ganks and trying not to die. Help me out with this please.

I play Synda sometimes as well (not in ranked) and i have never felt vulnerable or being in a fair lane unless it was some really obnoxious assassin i was up against. Sure i got ganked but that usually ended up a 1 for 1 too.
