An idea for Vladimir

Here is an idea for a little Vlad buff that wouldn't give him too much power but seems quite convenient.

Curently if Vladimir gets interrupted while charging tides of blood ( E ) the ability pops right away. What i do not understand is that if he dies while charging It doesn't pop at all. I think Vladimir should be allowed to have this last attack before he goes down.
