Cassiopeia: Rod of Ages OR Seraph's Embrace + Rilay's Crystal Scepter?

I used to build Rod of Ages + Seraph's Embrace for a while, then I understood how useful Rilay's Crystal Scepter was and decided to build it + Seraph's Embrace. Probuild, anyhow, suggests building Rod of Ages and, situationally, Rilay (with a smaller build rate for Seraph's Embrace). What do you suggest? Which is the best build order? Is Rod of Ages' mana sustain sufficient for extra-lane business? Is Rilay's Crystal Scepter necessary (I had a game a few hours ago without it since I had to build additional MPEN and MRES and I felt quite lost u.u)? What about Seraph's Embrace? I build it because of its sinergy with E's mana passive, the glass cannony AP it gives and the shield.

So what? Pls explain your suggestions u.u

Never seraph !!

RoA gives her enough mana that you can just heal back with minions.

Last hitting non-poisoned minions will still return mana. Hope people remember this.

RoA gives her that precious 650 Hp that allows her to get more insane damage twin fangs off.

Switching from tear to RoA boosted my winrate tremendously

If you can find King Cobra streaming you can learn everything on this.

Anyhow from what i remember he builds seraph or roa depending on the total teamcomp of the enemy team. So if they have for example a mundo top and a rammus mid he will run seraph to be able to have mana for the teamfights late game. In all cases without double tanks however he builds roa and most of the time he gets rylais as a second big item. Do however remember that buildpaths after the first item always depends on the game and sometimes rushing a dcap or an abyssal scepter might be the best second item. That said i usually get rylais as second item sometimes even before boots if i have a team that can peel.
