Tips for doing ADC?

what do you not see? any form of ADC the reason I want some good tips,is cause I am level 30 but have only done ADC about 6 times,maybe five.... I used RP to get and cause I know wouldn't cut it,as I said I am kkinda the 'flex' player,generally doing jungle or support as my friends do mid/top or something. all 3 of is have hardly done ADC so I want to get into it. I am sure you can guess how it went,died in the first 2 minutes [zombie-brand-clap] cause support and ADC is apparently a busted combo, surrendered ending with like 8 or so deaths in 20 minutes,no assists and I think 1 kill. Practice. You have to realize there's 2 people there trying to kill you, so you have to be careful

You can always have good synergy with your Supp

MissFortune goes with Veigar because she can get her full ult off

Ashe goes with Janna because damage is the literal only part of her kit besides some tiny cc

Jhin goes with Karma or Sion because they can set jhin up for some longer-range pokes

Ezreal goes with Soraka because they can both just stay back and be obnoxious together

1: Don't try to learn ADC right now if you do not absolutely feel like you need to. Stick to your other roles for now with the tank rework coming up next. It also is very difficult to get into ADC right now with the current "lethality META" we still are in. You die 1 time and you basically lost the entire lane.
2: Look to synergize with your Support and Jungler since they will be in your lane the most. Maybe duo with one of them.
3: Grab these ADCs if you do not have them
4: Practice last hitting minutes until you can reasonably get most of them when under tower and most of them when trading. If you are not getting kills funneled into you, you are going to have to farm for your gold.
5: Memorize your build path set costs and try not to change it so you know when you are good to back and buy something you need. It always sucks to back with only 1200 gold when you need 1300 for a .
6: Know match-ups. For example, Jinx is a mid-late game hyper-scaling ADC, while Caitlyn is an early-mid game lane bully.
7: Kiting is essential in fights so become an expert at it ASAP.
8: Positioning is also. When you are not attacking something, you should be constantly moving so you cant as easily be targeted and can get out of the way if you come under fire. Plus it helps you stay on your target.
9: Know if lethality or crit/attack speed 3 item core is better for your champion. While not an essential part of the role, knowing your best core build is important. Champions like Ashe, Caitlyn, and Jinx are mainly crit/attack speed based champions usually prioritizing , while Varus and Jhin are Lethality usually prioritizing .
10: Do not compromise your build early. Stick to your core before you deviate into building a full separate item. Components like and are ok, but hold off finishing those items until your main core is built.
