Zilean Time Bomb/Rewind

....that's kinda it. if you use time bomb you can rewind before anything goes on cooldown. not a nice thing when in teamfights Cause time bomb,if you land one it sticks to an enemy (I think it prioritizes champs) but if you land another on the same enemy before the first one goes off the first one goes off early and has a AOE stun so you can see why this is annoying,not being able to stun with your only offensive move. even with rewind having a 3.3 second cooldown late game you would still need to wait for 6.6 seconds to speed up time bomb cause the first rewind didn't work then you need to get it again to try and get your stun

You used time bomb, so something did go on cd. Am I misunderstanding something?

there is a small window where you throw it but its not on cooldown,but your able to rewind so if you quickly try to do a QWQ for stun sometimes you press W before its on cool but its still used

??????? really? Hmm, yeah that's definitely a bug. I'll test it tonight on the Pbe and submit a report with your post linked to it once I verify the bug.

Out of curiosity, did you find this while playing a normal game or while in practice mode?
