that's kinda it...I got him as my first 3K IP champ but when you look up tips your generally(always) going to find guides for items. so I get the general combo with item 3071 but that's kinda it. and I want to learn Pantheon before I end up just leaving the champ.

I could give you a tip, but there would be a spear behind it.

I'll be here all week.

Usually max Q first, but put a point into leveling E second for the passive crit execute. Save your ult for joining fights, ganking, or cutting off escapes. W is good hard CC and a gap closer. Poke spam Q early game. Make sure your passive is always up if possible. That shit is OP and can even block a tower shot too. Build lethality and armor pen like any slightly AD based champion does currently. Super strong early, decent mid, but then somewhat falls off late depending on how fed you are. Good diver, especially if another champion with hard CC is with you.

There's a few options for Pantheon. Lethality right now is really good on him; item 3142 has always been a great item to rush on Pantheon.

If you want to be tanky, though, you can rush Black Cleaver and have success. Follow it up with tank/damage hybrid items like item 3156. Both of the Hydra items are good on him. item 3025 is situationally good since it adds damage to your burst combo, lets you peel or chase better, and gives mana so you can stay out longer without backing.

Of course, you can build full Lethality and delete people. Assassin Pantheon does massive amounts of damage; he was originally considered an Assassin when first released, so his kit was made that way. item 3142 item 3814 item 3147

item 3047 item 3111 item 3158 are all good boot options.

If you opt to go Bruiser, items like item 3742 item 3068 item 3190 item 3102 are all really good. Locket synergizes really well with Black Cleaver and Titanic Hydra if you build those.

You have 3 choices for Keystone Masteries. Deathfire Touch gives you complete lane dominance but it's useless late game. Thunderlords is the staple, and is good at all stages. Colossus isn't that great in lane, but is wonderful in teamfights. Take your pick.

Combos: w to gap close, use your e while they are stunned, then q to finish your combo. That's pretty basic and should be good enough for now. If you want to you can save your w and use it to close the gap after you trade.

Pantheon relies on winning the game early, his late game sucks. Harass with you q a lot and try to get early kills. In order to win fast use your ult whenever you can to get the most out of your global pressure, look for lanes to gank and snowball.

P.S. if you ult in a bush the no enemies will see the indicator.

This is the Pantheon all-in combo, but make sure you stick a Q at the front, too. Q > W > E > Q

The cooldown is short enough that once you've finished channeling your E, your Q will be off cooldown and ready.

It is assumed you will have a small rock holding down your q key at all times. Any Pantheon main would know this. n00b

Then you can get really funky and weave AA's in there.

Q > W > AA > E > Q or Q > W > AA > E > AA > Q

It's risky but it's awesome when it works, especially with Iceborn or Dead Man's.

You pleb, if you have time to auto attack, your not using you q enough. It's vital that you get 100% cdr on panth. Your champion should constantly be a flow of spears to your enemies faces.

I know that, that's why I run 250% CDR Runes on Panth, every time.

Whew, tbh I'm impressed. Most people think Pantheon has a weak late game and that this is why you have to end fast. In fact, you just throw so many spears that Pantheon starts to implode. How do you prevent yourself from becoming a black hole at 15 minutes?

That's easy, always roll with Aurelion Sol.

Sure, he hates you, but that hat he's wearing means he has to do what you say.

if your team lets the game carry on for awhile then you will fall off harder then any other champions, you can get fed to the moon and still be shit by the time they reach their end game, roam with your ult and end things quickly. while his late game is abysmal his early game is unmatched against certain auto reliant champions like Camille Fiora Irelia since you can block 2 of their auto/enhance autos with your passsive then your e refreshing your passive.
