i still feel like no one plays illaoi
is she really that bad off that no one is playing her? or is it because of the meta that requires players to pick mobility champs

i played her a lot after release when everyone whined she was super OP, and much like i said then, as people learned how to fight her shes turned out to be pretty weak.
shes slow, and has no escape so her only real option is to wait and then all in on someone. this worked well when people didn't quite understand what to expect.
She's just badly designed in general. Cool, but badly designed.
I play her as often as I can when I am top lane
She's bad.
I find her lacking overall in, well, pretty much everything you'd want except for damage and while a 5man R is hilarious when it deletes people, her being so slow and lacking in cc makes her a pretty awkward pick.
