With all the changes in season 6 this champ has become far too safe and far too strong. Riot implements changes but doesn't really think about the repercussions outside of it. Blue build Ezreal is everything as toxic as it was back then and more. Not to mention the damage is insane without any real penetration (its even more insane once he gets some).

My norms nowadays are almost guaranteed to have an Ezreal at this point, his strength is insane for his safety and I've seen tons of bad ezreal players get away with it just because of the crazy damage and tankiness rushing iceborne gives you. Something needs to be toned down because I'm seeing this way too much.
TLDR: When ez is a reliable and strong pick in pretty much all situations he needs to be nerfed. He's far too safe and mobile as an ADC for the damage he currently puts out.
