How is Renekton's damage not nerfed yet?

I think everyone who has eyes went past the Renekton is an early game bully thing.

He has one of the strongest pre-6, arguably the single strongest lv.6 in the game(even stronger than a Darius/Olaf/Aatrox), maybe not an Illaoi if you get hit by her whole combo.

He scales insanely well with AD, which makes any rush item(Tiamat, Spear, BC) absolutely broken on him.

That mid-late game he still 1 vs 1 so many champs with a bruiser build.

Both his empowered Q and R need nerfs.

I was on Udyr with PTA and full Warrior(lv6) vs Doran Blade, Conq(lv7) Renekton.

Udyr(early game champ), PtA(early game rune), full Warrior(60AD and 10%CDR+ blue smite) and he killed me 1 vs 1 for no reason(didn't even have a big minion wave so that would make a difference).

Trinity-Sterak's-IE 6-1 Garen nearly lost to a BC-Spear 0-6 Renekton. That's late game, when RENEKTON FALLS OFF(or he obviously doesn't).

Because he's not overbearing at any tier?

The closest he comes is Diamond, when he's slightly above average...and then falls off a cliff as soon as you hit Master.

That's...what most bruisers do. They win 1v1s. Even with Bruiser builds. Because...you know...they're bruisers. It's in the name. "Bruiser" build. I'd be mildly concerned if a bruiser used a bruiser build and didn't do what Bruisers do.

That's late game, when RENEKTON FALLS OFF(or he obviously doesn't).

Don't confuse "Falls off late-game" for "Not a threat late-game". Almost every assassin falls off late-game and every assassin will nuke a squishy's ass late-game. Assassins fall off late-game because they tend to get locked down and die before they can get to their target, not because they magically lose half their damage.

I'd like to see where you're getting PtA being an early game rune from, but whatever.

He had 1-2 levels over you, and presumably had ult. But I can't tell much more from the match history I'm seeing without actually seeing the replay.

He is losing spear though isn't he? The entire problem is spear delayed his fall off too much

Renekton is manageable. I mostly OTP Nocturne top, and Renektons arent any trouble. Could just be Nocturne counters him(Atleast in lane phase). You know who really pisses me off tho? Nasus.

"weak early game" until he recalls, buys a sheen and molests you for the rest of the game. "weak early game" except Wither is hands down the best gank synergetic ability in the top lane. Renekton is just a trash version of Nasus from my perspective.

Also, he is getting nerfed in season 10.

Renekton is indeed strong, im plat 2 and sometime i get shut off completely but it really depends on who you play. I play poppy/akali/yorick top. With poppy i barely struggle vs a renekton in any way or form. However with akali, it's an entirely different story but if you know your cd well you can beat him in an all in. Yorick is pretty even ish. Renekton's trade potential is pretty lack luster if he only relies on his w. Thus if you bait out his E and pressure the wave so he pops Q( positional pressure only.) Then you can trade with him with your entire kit while he only has W

Tens strong early game and is a terror but he has issues. His engage for one is limited making him pretty easy to kite and while he does have good hp his armor and mr growth is terrible. In a team fight especially when your the only engage available you most likely won’t survive 2 seconds after stunnin the guy in front of you

Also spear is being removed in two weeks or so. Wait for it, as removing spear will cause Renekton to fall off hard by the 20 minute mark.

Renekton is going to fine after he's limited to being an early game built after that.
