Every new champ that comes out is "broken" until it hits rift and people don't even play him :D Take Neeko for example who got buffs this patch.
Last champion that was really broken and hated by community was Zoe and that was like more than year ago.
So let's wait until it hits live servers!
I don't see anything that strikes me as fundamentally broken. The healing/bonus damage at 40%HP will probably get some number adjustments, but the mechanic seems fine in general.
As for ults, it really depends on the enemy team, so he's going to swing in and out of favor all the time. It's not drastically different from Blind Pick with a Mirror Matchup - both teams have one ult the same. It'll be interesting to see who he picks to copy in and given moment, but the restrictions on it seem pretty good.
