League Of Legends Is Building Its Own Network To Kill Lag

Unless they were misinformed, or I am just posting old news, I am seriously ecstatic about this decision! I really do hope that this fixes a great amount of problems for people having problems with leaver-buster, & "afk's." From my knowledge, I can truly say that if this is the case, then Riot is truly working on fixing their Leaver-buster without directly fixing it. No more "I won the match with my team, & was trying to connect for hours just so I could click continue," or "Go talk to your providers about your internet problems, & that your game is very important to you."

They posted it a few months back. Nobody believed them, and nobody thought it was a good solution since it wasn't 'making east coast servers'. But ya, it's a great idea and it's fantastic that they're doing it.

Kotaku isn't very reliable anymore, they like to pick up rumors then turn around and make posts like they are facts. I'm not saying they're wrong by any means, I myself have heard of new servers and such.

Just please be careful what you read on Kotaku, most of the time they are just trying to get views rather than provide info for the community.
