About devourer and what i learned from it

devourer is a strong item on attack centric champs ive seen it used on udyr aatrox yi xin shyvana even tryndamere and occasionally shaco and rengar. sated devourer is a strong late game boost to these champs for those champs that were bad without the item got a strong boost with its stats even vayne can benefit from it . that said i think it partially solved the problem with some champs kits im biased so ( aatrox) and making his w proct on every 2 hits rather then one . its a good start in the direction we want to go to look at champ balance
