balanced and fair to play against

Hey all, I was just wondering, who are champions that you feel are fair and balanced to play against. I just want to make a list of champions that, when not overtuned, don't feel unfair to play against. It always occurs to me everyone speaks of how it's "not fair" to play against certain champs and I'm curious as to what people would list are the best in every class. So drop me your most balanced tank, fighter, mage, slayer, and marksman or more.
