It's REALLY easy to tell.
If they were Season 4, Season 5 Diamond, and Season 6 they are Gold 5 or Lower, they are bought accounts.
Then you watch that trash build absolutely meaningless items that do not follow anything that is happening in the game.
Please delete them.
Whomp3r1 votesthe problem with that is you can sell your personal account and its somewhat of a grey area for riot. As long as the registered email is changed to the proper owner its technically not against the rules and there aren't many ways to tell if the account was bought or transfered.
Takazaki1 votesbuy the account is against the ToS and so is a transfer of ownership. if you can prove without a doubt the account is bought with solid evidence riot would more then likely ban it. ( it is up to them as they can choose to ignore it or terminate it without the proof to begin with) how ever as you stated there is no way to prove
