Ryze Vs TF

I don't understand why Ryze needs another rework when there are so many champs that need help. Anyways we get a new Ryze, and his ult is completely changed. Ryze now upgrades like Jayce and Has a TP ult. This really bothers me because Ryze is moving into Twisted Fate's strategic niche. Twisted Fate is suppose to be the ap mobility pick that generates a ton of global threat. TF Is suppose to be able to get anywhere on the map quickly and use this advantage to burst down or at least stun high value targets he catches. With the changes to Ryze, he can do the same thing but he can bring other champs with him...... If Ryze is as strong as i think he will be, why Pick TF anymore?!

Isnt ryze ult very similar to tahm kench ult?

Do we have numbers on this? I heard the Ryze Ult goes at least 4500 units.

Because Ryze is one of those champs that need help.

Ryze has a max range of 3000, is certainly easier to interrupt in its 2 second delay, and doesn't grant vision of the entire team.
