A word about Dynamic Queue
So, i just recently played my first game with a premade group of 4. We won the game, but here's what I took away from it all.
My impact in the game was negligible. I was the ADC [twitch, if you want to go through my match history], but the whole thing felt like they would have won without me even showing up to lane.
They were not toxic, these 4 played to actually win, I was just along for the ride. This is not necessarily a bad thing, it is however not the solo queue experience that I am used to. As for the other team, they knew they were against a premade 4 due to them all being in the same club, and here's how that panned out.
Their Lee Sin pointed out that my team had a pre-made, and I think that drastically lowered morale on the enemy team. Their bard and vayne bot lane played super passive for fear of the other 3 members of their team. Their jungler rarely came bot, my team successfully roamed and rotated like a well oiled machine- because thats what a premade 4 is. They had communication to allow them to react more efficiently than the other 6 people in the game, and this is a boost that isn't fair to the people playing against them.
Maybe the enemy team just had a bad game, maybe my team was just better, there are too many factors for me to say for sure that it was the communication that allowed us to win. I just know for sure that it wasn't an experience I enjoyed, as I like to feel like I'm helping my team in some way, but I was really just kinda...there. I was positive that game, I got an S-. I was fed, but that's because the enemy team seemed...lethargic. They didn't want to play against a premade 4, and I dont think I particularly enjoyed playing with one.
Maybe the experience won't be so negative in the future, but I don't think ranked should allow premade 4's on a team. 2-3 I can see, as this still allows solo players to make an impact, as a 5th with a premade 4 I'm just along for the ride.
