Sated Devourer idea
How to make Sated less crazy strong? Simple! Make it only proc offensive on-hit abilities twice.
Don't get it? Basically, anything that hinders your opponent, %health damage, max health damage, knockups, slows, snares, etc, will have the 2x on hit proc. Anything defensive, lifesteal, lifesteal, lifesteal? Will NOT proc twice. That's right ladies and gentlemen, there's no messing with stats or anything over the top complicated!
To my limited programmers knowledge, you'd create arrays called "Offensive" and "Defensive" and put each and every variable (ability) into the correct slot! Then, create a code that reads which ability is offensive/defensive, create an if/else statement, and if the if is true, have the on-hit proc twice! If it's not true, then the on-hit shouldn't proc twice. You can obviously tell I've only taken programming once, there weren't anymore programming classes at my school.
Why you ask? Well, I see absolutely no reason as to why certain champions become immortal/unstoppable (unless 1v5) because of Sated. For instance, Xin Zhao. I see no reasonable explanation as to why he's allowed to regain 40 health (90 every 2 hits) on hit with BORK and Hydra, build tank, and become an unstoppable force that won't die because of his W passive, and lifesteal.
