Whats mobility?

A simple question, what do people refer to as mobility? I've been playing this game for about 1 and a half years now and always thought mobility was refering to movement speed (MS), so when people talked about inmobile champios I assumed they were talking about champions with low movement speed such as Azir and since Brand and Viktor where reffered to inmobile champions, i though around 340 MS was considered low. Now I'm wondering if mobility refers to things like dashes and blinks rather than MS. In which case since Azir has a dash, is he still considered inmobile?

It refers to dashes more than movespeed because differences between base movespeeds are kinda low. Mobility is essentially designed by who has the more dashes. Some cases are special because they have huge ms (udyr/voli for instance)

Movement speed it's just a part of that. Look Ahri, she has both: dashes (with her Ultimate) and crazy movement speed when she hits an enemy throws a sphere around

yup mobility refers to dashes and movespeed buffs that can be used while roaming easily to get there fast, azir is pretty mobile too, anyone who has a dash or blink is considered mobile. such as katerina, fizz, vayne. zed, kalista, etc. immobile champs are ashe, brand, viktor can be considered mobile because of his q movespeed boost

Basically like you said, any ability in a champs kit that allows him to dash, blink, move faster any thing like that. Some examples would be:Fizz Kassadin Leblanc LeeSin Riven Skarner etc...

A champion's mobility can be observed by looking at them overall. Base movement speed will contribute to this, as well as any dashes, movement speed buffing abilities or passives, etc. Some champions have more than others ofcourse, but the highest form of mobility is a blink, followed by a form of dash. This is why Azir is not immobile. Because he has access to one of the best types of mobility in the game (and good range too) in comparison to base movement speed.

In most discussions, mobility refers especially to gapclosers, i.e. abilities that take your champion from point A to point B, namely dashes, blinks and occasionally teleports (which are basically long-ranged blinks that typically have a channel). Champions with gapclosers are called mobile whereas champions who do not are usually called immobile, even if they have abilities that boost their own movement speed, since gapclosers allow champions to cover terrain in ways normal movement cannot. In the case you mentioned, Azir is a mobile champion because he has a gapcloser (and one that can cover a pretty long distance, too), and Brand and Viktor are immobile, even if they both have better base movement speed and Viktor can boost it further.

Especially gapclosers that can be used for escaping. Take Pantheon, his W is a gapcloser, but he can only close gaps with enemies. While Jax Q which uses the same targeting system but can target friendly's for escapes.

Correct, it's anything that makes you cover ground more quickly, like dashes, blinks, or movement speed boosts, and usually based on how far they take you. Some examples would be Vel'koz: No mobility. Garen: Low mobility (just his movespeed on Q) Kassadin: Not as mobile as he used to be after his Riftwalk range nerf. Highly mobile: anyone with two or more of these, Ahri, Ekko, Zed, Riven, etc.

Can't tell you how many times I've ran away from entire teams as Kha'Zix, and he only has one. Same with Rammus.

It's true... I guess I should add that there are varying degrees of each of these, like Rammus' movespeed boost is much better than Teemo's for example. Azir really only has his one dash but the range is SO far that he's still considered highly mobile.
