Movement speeds are fucking unfair. 325 vs. 350? Why do some champs get to start with boots?

Akali, Kha'zix, Shaco, Shyvana, Trundle, and Jax, they start out at 350. 325 vs. 350. Why the fuck do some champions get to start out with boots of speed without having to fucking buy them, when they have tremendous damage capacity? This actually pisses me off.

Nobody should be at a 25 speed disadvantage right at level 1, that's fucking bullshit because it's an entire item's worth of stat advantage, at level 1. That's totally unfair, even fucking Cassiopeia with her passive, WHO CANNOT EVEN BUY BOOTS, starts at 332 movement speed. What the shit?

edit: holy mother of god, Yi and Pantheon start at 355?!?!?! at level 1?! WHY!? So even if you spend 300g, they are STILL going to move faster than you at level 1. What the fuck????/

Well, what are the 325 MS champions that made you bring this up? You might be able to find the answer to your question if you compare each of these champions, the role they fill in the game, their relationship with kiting and chasing relative to their role, and their range. Ranged champions should be naturally slower than melee champions after all, and every champion you listed is melee.

Anivia Ashe, Aurelion Sol Blitzcrank Caitlyn Corki, Elise, Ezreal Ivern, Jinx, Kalista, Kindred, Kog'Maw, Lissandra, Miss Fortune, Mordekaiser NautilusOrianna Sona Soraka Taliyah, Tristana Xayah Ziggs are all at 325. Meanwhile, Ekko, Heimerdinger, Lee Sin, Ryze, Kassadin, Vel'Koz, Le'Blanc, Veigar, they are all at 340 MS.

I think its more bullshit that you can complete your boots but a ranged champ with no boots can still kite you endlessly or disengage from melee range.

IMO mobile champs should've been the ones starting from a 325 MS base. Imobile 350-355.

What's the sense in giving champs who have dashes/blinks 340-355 MS is beyond me.

Those with MS steroids should've been in the middle 335-340.

Yes there are items that scale based on MS but that further establishes that non-fully immobile champs shouldn't have started out with >325-330 MS because if their late game MS is really low then upping the item's % MS modifier would be better than giving them more ms from level 1.

Yes, this, exactly. The logic is totally backwards. Teemo should be at 325 base because his W gives him a passive MS bonus, but nooo, he's 330. :/
