A thought for Unsealed Spellbook. The spells that you're running should give you a small buff.

For smite, it should increase the duration of your Red/Blue buffs. it's not cool they completely removed that mastery from the game. Heal would give you +50 health or maybe a 5% bonus to potions. Ghost a small passive movement speed bonus, etc etc.

I agree on the concept.

Unsealed spellbook should do something else than just giving a plain "25% summoner spells CDR" Although some niche exist were you actually "use" the swapping feature.

It's an interesting idea but the summoner's cd would need to be lowered. This rune is only used on certain champions but it is really strong on the champions it is used on (vladimar and malzahar). Vlad has or had like a 58% win ratio last time I heard with this rune. Tbh, vlad himself is op but this rune makes him even stronger.

Honestly that would really encourage me to want to use it a lot more. But to make it not too overpowered, maybe it should be on what you load into game with. So it's like you start the game with Heal/Smite to get both bonuses and swap at any time knowing you have those bonuses if needed.

Ignite adds some true damage burn to abilities and autos.

Cleanse gives some tenacity.

Barrier gives a you a small passive malphite shield.

Flash doesn't need to give you anything fuck that. (Well mostly cause I can't come up with anything for it).

Teleport gives you hex-teleport. Allows you to teleport a distance equal to the distance between mid first and second turret. Not that useful, but amusing.

Exhaust makes you take 5% less damage.

The runes major draw is the 25% off flash, the ability to swap tp for ghost later on is a nice bonus. There's absolutely 0 reason it needs this weird ass buff. If they remove the CDR for this shit it will never be picked over damage the keystone.

Spell book is pretty much garbage. I have run it on riven but that's entirely for the 25% CDR on summoners. The actual spell swapping is useless 9 times out of 10 and only allows cheese starts like exaust ignite in lane. You could argue that there are certain swaps that are good in niche situations. (jungler swapping out smite or a laner swapping to smite for easier control) but these are used so rarely and almost never will be outside of competitive that it's barely worth balancing around. Spell book just feels super bad. If you could have like a super reduced cool down when you swap then it may be worth it. Like maybe a 50 sec CD on swap. Considering the plethora of damage your giving up to run that tree primary and keystones your losing.
